A note on losing weight.
I thought that by coming to Africa that I might be able to lose a few of my excess kilos, but it hasn’t worked out like that at all. I don’t think I’ve even lost a kilo. Things are looking up though as I have been on the amazing “White Wine Diet” for the last three days and wow, I‘ve lost Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday already! PIC SHOWS: ASH ON THE PROWL FOR DINNER
