We (Europe) played Mozambique at football on the beach and am proud to report that Europe won 9-6 and I scored 3 goals. Ella was our goalkeeper and Nye made Vinnie Jones look like a softie as he tackled everything that moved in central defence, Tess managed to trip a few of them over and Polly retired to the dressing room muttering “no one ever gives me the ball” Luckily for us we had a couple of talented Dutch lads playing for us! |
