DREAM AFRICAN RUGBY TEAM:
I’ve put a lot of thought into this and have decided to recruit an unbeatable rugby team to bring back to Combe Down RFC. Number 1 and 3 would have to be African elephants with a hippo as hooker. Two second row forwards would be reticulated giraffe with a rhino at number 8. The two flankers would be black backed jackels and number 9 would be a baboon. 10 would be a leopard and at crash centre we’d have a warthog….less scary than Nick Gregory (The man with his ears on upside down) Outside Nick the warthog we’d have a graceful impala with two cheetahs on the wings. The team would be complete with a lioness at number 15. The ref would be a hyena as everybody hates them and they could scavenge for lost limbs after the match, which means we wouldn’t have to be polite to him in the bar after. Perfect.
